Automatic chicken feeding equipment for chicken breeding equipment
1. After raising a batch of chickens, add butter to the motor shaft of the chicken feed line for maintenance. The motor bucket can drip a few drops of vegetable oil to prevent rust.
2. For the line switches and contacts controlled by the material line, check for looseness to prevent poor contact.
3. After raising a batch of chickens, check the buckle of the feed line and the screw fastening of the lifting system and other places.
Brooding chicks with nipple drinking fountains (in the case of cages) has many advantages compared with the commonly used tower vacuum drinking fountains. Usually the chicks that cannot drink water in time on the first day of brooding will become weak chicks on the second day. Brooding with nipple drinkers should pay more attention to this in the early stage. The following measures can be taken to avoid water shortage in the chicks:
1. Fill the water cup under the nipple drinker with water before the chicks arrive (the water contains anti-stress and disease prevention drugs).
2. After starting the food for 30-40 minutes, start the second time to teach the chicks to drink water. After doing this for the third time, change to direct water into the cup (press the nipple lightly with your hand, and the water will automatically flow into the cup). During this period, the chickens should be carefully observed, and the chicks that did not drink water should be picked out for another feeding immediately. The water guiding work should last until 5 days later, until all the chicks know to fetch water from the nipples for drinking.
3. Connect the water cup under the nipple drinker. Because most chicks will not get water from the nipples within 1-2 days of age.
4. After the chicks are caged, let the chicks rest for a while to adapt to the new environment, and then teach the chicks to drink water. Each cage must teach 6-10 animals. The method is to gently hold the chicks with their hands and dip their beaks in the cup.
Modern poultry farming equipment makes it easier to raise chickens. If you plan to raise layers and broilers, there are automated layer cages and battery broiler cages available.
Modern poultry farming equipment makes it easier to raise chickens. If you plan to raise layers and broilers, there are automated layer cages and stacked broiler cages available. The cost of fully automated equipment is relatively high in the early stage, so farmers with a breeding volume of less than 30,000 can use semi-automatic breeding equipment. After the farm becomes profitable, it can be upgraded to fully automatic.
